When we opened SoLA Deli at Auction House Market, we wanted to present a menu that pulled inspiration from both classic South Louisiana cooking and international flavors. At Mangia, we stay true to our roots by introducing dishes influenced by Cajun, Creole, and Italian cuisine. Fresh pasta dishes are offered alongside a selection of oven baked poboys and customizable flatbreads. Traditional Italian sauces and toppings will be given a SoLA twist from a proprietary line of organic seasoning and herb blends, resulting in offerings like richly flavored roast beef ragu and tangy Creole roasted garlic spread. House cured charcuterie and artisanal cheeses are served on curated boards for snacking and sharing. We commit to only using the freshest ingredients, making as many elements of the menu ourselves as we can. Fresh ingredients, fresh food, everyday—let’s eat! Or as they say in Italy… MANGIA!
